UNDER CONSTRUCTION is a one-day event focusing on biblical principles that enhance personal contribution expectations and effort. Under Construction highlights the critical contribution of doing, “your work” and having the necessary faith for the outcomes.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION refers to a building, structure, or “project” that is unfinished but actively being worked on. In life we are all under construction actively working on self, all the while trusting it’s verdicts.
Set aside a day to gather with like-minded women, no matter where you are on your life’s journey, there is still another level in growing, while experiencing God’s promises.

Our Mission
Our mission is to enlighten women on how to identify the necessary tools they are already equipped with to enhance themselves mentally & spiritually.
We are beyond excited for this event and can’t wait to see what God has in store for the hearts and minds of all the women who attend.
We want to empower and support single and married women with the tools and resources needed to stand confident and knowledgeable about your purpose your identity and your destiny.
We believe in doing “your work,” through God’s word and having steadfast faith will help you withstand the inevitable adversities of life. Coach Cryssi and Kyria are on assignment to help you do just that!

Coach Cryssi
A woman of profound character, confidence and poise. Since the tender age of 9, Cryssi knew that God had called her to be a voice unto the people; to those who have a heart and an ear to receive HIS direction, encouragement, inspiration, and tough love. Cryssi’s passion in doing so; aligned her with the position as a Certified Life Coach to many and her testimonies continue to grow daily. Coach Cryssi has had the pleasure to lead in motivational speaking, corporate surcharge leadership, high school gear up programs, small business revamping, group and one on one coaching. Coach Cryssi’s ultimate objective is to enlighten people; with the knowing, “that they are already fully equipped with the necessary tools needed to reach their personal level of greatness-that they must be willing to do the work; their work”. Cryssi’s profound unwavering level of faith in God and self has positioned her with platforms that she believes no alcalde or title can provide; yet through personal experience and growth. Coach Cryssi’s goal is to position, interested candidates with real, raw, results in this life’s journey; that will equip them with their own definition of life’s success.
Kyria M. Williams
Kyria Williams has a passion to see people encounter the presence of God, just as she did after she cried out to Him in search of her identity. When God spoke to her, she obeyed and her life has radically changed forever. Kyria is passionate about bringing women into spiritual, emotional, and relational wholeness. She believes that understanding God’s character and the way He designed us to live is the foundation for living your best life.
If God tells her to, with no hesitation, Kyria is going to do it. Best known as an imminent marriage coach, she is a woman who puts no limitations on God. Kyria uses biblical principles to strengthen her own marriage and hope to aid other couples to do the same.
Kyria has been married to her husband, Trey for 15 years and counting. Sitting under the leadership of Pastor Raymond D. Horry of Ark of Safety Christian Church for the past 16 years, Kyria learned the value of marriage and family. Her mission is to help women and wives to live free and fulfilled in the Kingdom. The concepts and skills that God has given Kyria to share with others are ones that have helped to strengthen her marriage and family.
In addition to serving as a marriage coach, Kyria is also an author, playwright, film producer, and a mom to her two young adults. Through Kyria’s writing, audiences will experience her passion for her Lord and Savior as well as her heart for marriage. Kyria and her husband are also founders of Married on a Mission hosting luxurious retreats with a focus on embracing the journey of marriage.
Kyria is proof that whatever God calls you to do can be accomplished with obedience, putting in the work, and persistence.
